Alexander Krichel debuts with Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra and returns to Japan

German Pianist Alexander Krichel will return to Japan for recitals at Hyogo’s Performing Arts Centre on 25 November as well as in Mitaka on 2 December, performing a programme of solo piano works by Ravel, Gershwin and Mussorgsky. He will conclude his tour with a chamber music concert organised by the Japan Mozart Society, where he will share the stage with members of several acclaimed Japanese orchestras on 4 December at Tokyo’s Bunka Kaikan. The programme will feature Mozart’s Piano Concertos K 449 and K 414 in the version for string quartet.

Before heading to Japan, Alexander will be making his debut with the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Fabrice Bollon, performing Clara Schumann’s magnificent and rarely played Piano Concerto on 10 November at 8pm at the Kolarac Hall.
