ICA sign French conductor Dylan Corlay for General Management

ICA are delighted to welcome French conductor Dylan Corlay to their roster for General Management. Winner of the 6th Jorma Panula Conducting Competition in November 2015, Dylan Corlay is a versatile, dynamic and highly inspirational conductor, as well as a gifted musician and composer. He is currently Assistant Conductor of Ensemble intercontemporain, in residence at the Philharmonie de Paris, a post he will hold until 2017, under the artistic direction of Matthias Pintscher. A graduate of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, Dylan Corlay was trained in conducting by Jean-Sébastien Béreau, Gianluigi Gelmetti, Philippe Ferro, Peter Eötvös, Atso Almila and Jorma Panula. His engagements for this season and beyond include Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, Orchestre National d’Ile de France, Orchestre National des Pays de la Loire, Vaasa City Orchestra Finland and Berner Symphonieorchester. In the spring of 2017, Dylan Corlay will work with John Nelson as Assistant Conductor of Berlioz' Les Troyens in Strasbourg and at Oper Frankfurt.
