Lukas Geniušas makes his debut with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France

02 Mar 2017

Following a hugely successful performance in Singapore under the baton of Charles Dutoit, Lukas Geniušas returns to Paris to play Prokofiev's Piano Concerto No.3 with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, conducted by Andrey Boreyko. The concert, whose theme is une soirée russe, also includes works by Silvestrov and Tchaikovsky and takes place in the Auditorium de Radio France on 3 March. Lukas Geniušas is not new to the Maison de Radio France: he recently gave a very well-received recital as part of Mikko Franck's Sur les rivages de la Baltique series, and on 4 March he performs a programme of works by Grieg, Chopin and Prokofiev live in France Musique's Génération des Jeunes Interprètes
